The design layout has the flexibility to accomodate for various
resolutions from 640X480 onwards. All the sites were designed to look
pleasing and to load quickly even with a 28.8kbps modem (total size
< 50KB including all images) since the internet connections were
much slower when these sites were designed. This is not such a great
constraint nowadays since the downloads are much faster. Even this
page is more than 100KB!
